Our Story
The Culture Space is an initiative of Chameleon Compliance Ltd, built on our extensive compliance expertise working closely with SMFs and the boards of regulated firms across all sectors and sizes.
Senior managers under the SMCR often face similar challenges, yet there has historically been no central space where they can connect, share experiences and access development tailored specifically to their role. The Culture Space fills this gap, providing a dedicated forum for learning, collaboration and peer support.
Being an SMF can feel isolating. You’re expected to ‘know it all,’ yet new regulatory issues arise constantly. Having access to a rich source of SMF knowledge, skills and peers beyond your own organisation is critical.
