We offer regular, bite-sized, online sessions designed to help senior managers excel in the regulatory space. Each session focuses on SMF-specific learning, giving you practical tools and insights to strengthen your effectiveness.

Insights Clinics

That’s why our regular, facilitated Insights Clinics are such a valuable part of the Culture Space. Corporate Membership

Designed for regulated firms with up to five SMFs, Corporate Membership offers all the benefits of Core membership, from Learning Events and Insights Clinics, to resources and support, at a group rate. It’s an efficient way to help your senior team develop together, stay aligned on regulatory expectations, and strengthen governance and culture across your firm. Gateway Membership

Scheduled, live cohorts £1,995 + VAT. On-demand plus 1 x live coaching session £995 + VAT. If full membership of the Culture Space is taken up following regulatory approval, a reduction of £200 will be applied to the Core membership fee.

Becoming a Senior Management Function (SMF) for the first time is one of the most significant career milestones in financial services. But your journey doesn’t start on the day your regulatory approval is granted, it starts now.

The SMF Readiness Programme, offered through The Culture Space Gateway, is designed specifically for professionals within 12 months of applying for SMF status. This programme ensures you are not only ready to take on the responsibilities of an SMF, but also able to demonstrate to the Regulator that you take your role seriously from day one and enables you to hit the ground running.
